She was sexually abused at the age of seven, and her first single, called “House of Secrets” tells that story and exposes many secrets about her own life. Opening up about her past through music has created so many opportunities to meet new people and to speak at events and conferences across the Midwest. Her story allows her to relate to others and meet them at whatever place they are in life.
